Of course it is. This so called "invasion" is limited to Crimea. It's seemingly estimated that there's just five to six thousand Russian troops involved. Not a single shot fired, no casualties whatsoever.
You must understand that the Crimean people don't like it when the neo-nazi oligarchs of Kiev send their hooligans to create disorder and riots, after they fired the Crimean local police. The Crimean people seem to welcome the Russians. At least as far as I can gather from various sources (including CNN).
