Although I think it iniquitous that UKIP should have won only one seat with all those votes, nevertheless I still dread to think what would happen were he to get power. I think it was Churchill who defined the principle by saying something along the lines that, although he disagreed totally with what his honourable friend had to say, he would defend to the death his right to say it.
