   What I think happened here (haven't bothered to unpack the log files here) is the following:

   1. I got the .TIC and the file. It processed properly, including moving the file from the inbound to the proper file area.

   2. 40 seconds(?) later I got a second .TIC and file combo. Since the file had the same CRC it was classified as a dupe. The .TIC was renamed to .BAD and the file was never moved.

   3. Another 40 seconds later I got a third copy of the combo. Since the file was already in my inbound my mailer rejected the file itself. Still a dupe so this .TIC was also renamed .BAD.

   Just my two cents...
