That's a completely different matter. That's on a personal level, not like e.g. Greece that has consistently mistreated their economy to such a degree that they now depend on EU money not to go bankrupt.

Once again, there are limits IMHO. When politicians in certain states use the common economy to pay for their own promises to their voters with money from the union, they don't deserve to be members. I don't see that happening in any of the proposed NEU member states.
