No, you are completely wrong. Nothing has happened yet and will not until the next prime minister decides to invoke Article 50 of the Treaty of Lisbon. As it'll take another three months to select a new leader of the Conservatives, and thus prime minister, then nothing will happen until at least September/October.
I haven't heard about the petition but I did hear something alarming about Boris Johnson this morning. It seems that he never really intended that Britain should leave. It's a bit complicated (as is always with Boris) and I haven't time this morning to go into detail. I have to go and play the organ for a church service.
