You don't have to be homeless in order to be aware of the problem and vote accordingly.
DR>> And why? Because we cannot stem the flow of migrants to this country

Simplistic means "affectedly simple". My comment was not affectedly simple but based on what I hear and read. You are not here. I am writing here to answer the simplistic comments.
Incidentally, where do you live? I have been assuming you are Austrian.

In order to reduce a referendum to a yes/no choice it has had to be simplistic. And because it is simplistic there has been room for erroneous statements to have been made on both sides.

It probably wasn't. By using "meandering" I interpreted that as the British have been vacillating on this question for years. Ok, so some people have, but not the whole nation.
RM>>> But it was the reason why many people voted the way they did. DR>> No, it wasn't. It was to do with immigration.

If the question of immigration had not been so prominent, I can assure you that, even though there were other complaints, we would not have voted for Brexit.
RM> If you exit the free movement, you also exit all other freedoms. RM> That was not mentioned in the necessary depth.
I agree!
