I was just about to say that! I'm a little disappointed as it smacks of opportunism, but mine is a simple way of looking at things and I'm sure that there is much more involved in Mrs. May's decision.
All the domestic channels here have abandoned their programming, devoting their time to the forthcoming general election.
Unfortunately I am unable to vote as I shall be in France. I suppose I could opt for a postal vote but the last time I tried that, they wouldn't let me have one.
