Those politicians obviously have no idea about what they are legislating about.
We had high hopes when the Swedish Pirate Party managed to get two representatives into the EUP (I was two steps from being one of them) but that was a five year long struggle against incompetence and corruption.
Five years later the Swedes voted us out and rather voted in representatives from our neo-nazi party (that now is the third biggest party in our parliament).
It seems that to most voters immigration issues are more important than what goes on with our beloved "free" internet. :(
