I don't think so. At least not if there's enough competition, then you simply vote with your feet. I have around half a dozen stores to choose from, so neither price nor quality is a problem here, I can always pick the best. YMMV.
Been doing it for several years now, and when I have some complains the issue is always speedily solved to my satisfaction (money back or redelivery). I haven't set foot in a store since January 2016, when my wife died. She was the one who insisted on physically doing the shopping, and I was the designated car slash trolley driver and scanner operator.
