i just dont understand your setup, and why you need to move anything localy, if you need to move start using fileboxes and set eath downlink to have pkt or bundles there, then configure both mailers to use this filebox for this uplink node, this resolves that you dont have to move anything
and if you set it all up to be client only calls in no queue manger style then it will stay in connect to it times out or get other error in logs to solve, thats why i am happy only using qico queue manager to to make a dial
