well, localdomain is term on linux to not share dns ips outside of localhost, and i think if one say f0.n230.z2.binkp.net or f3.n203.z2.fidonet.nu thay dont know what binkp does since no one could connect to that node since it ask it self where to connect, if it worked you would have solved chiccken and egg problem, and would not need to work rest of my life :=)
