the nodelist creater did not know your terminal charset, thus could not convert to unicode other then utf-8 to utf-8, if nodelist compiler did know more then it could do iso8859-1 to utf-8
i have pointed that out number of times before, it does not help if no one is listning
consider aswell that network ctl is possible not the same as region ctl charset, there is alot of places to agre on using latin-1 to make it work
it was not solved in dk-point either
