long seen that 8bit failed, with your from name, if you see it unmangled in thunderbird, i wont blame anymore old versions of windows xp :)

exept that i have never ever told anyone to not poll me, but if you like to make it more silent, make it so echomail and files is on hold, but netmail is sent when you have tossed it as fast as possible
what maked me mad if at all was 60 connects or more in one single hour
