it does not matter of small or big, echomail have low priotet here, netmail is my first priortet if you like to send netmail 60 times in one hour its still ok, but sending 60 times or more in one hour is spamming uplinks or downlinks, it does not matter
if you like to take the debate on how small linode.com hosts really is, its not here to debate it
