Sure makes sense... Like it makes sense to arm bears to prevent bombings. Like it makes sense to call for stricter laws on visa and more exchange of flight passenger data to prevent people holding a countrie's citizenship and passport to build and ignite a bomb in the city they live in. Like it makes sense to call for internet-based remote control of planes to be able to prevent metally ill pilots from crashing them.
