I wouldn't bet on that, not yet. Heck, they not even started anything concrete up to now.

For me it might bring some changes... I work in science, in a very international field. We have close collaborations with many people from UK.
Many scientists in UK already fear losing all EU funding. From day 1 after the Brexit votum UK-scientists were regarded as a risk in many collaborations, especially when applying for new funds (Horizon 2020 programme and such). Thinking further, ESA might become another interesting point...
