It would be not half as frustrating to me as it is if I hadn't already been through this a couple of times during the last weeks and months, and if the reactions weren't always quite the same... <sigh> This cannot be fixed on ground level, you always need attention and action from the responsible people higher up the structures you're working in... which is sometimes astonishingly hard to get.
