Now you start narrowing down. But having a few good examples still doesn't justify the broad and general rants you usally give. There are many things that work well. You probably just don't recignise them because they do work well.
As for the BDSD, this depends on the concrete case. The BDSD is, after all, a lobby organisation with an agenda of its own. Their complaints aren't necessarily what I would support.
