We're talking about a small list for showing what's available outside of the region's scope, i.e. Z2 echos which aren't related to any region or controlled by any region. If there are any duplicates, I'm fine with that. Everyone should decide for himself which duplicate he likes. The point is to know about what's there and not about controlling anything. The FTSC is documenting standards and not creating and enforcing any. Why can't that (documenting) be done also for a small echolist?
