The only problem hpt had with echomail lacking a MSGID was that it didn't catch dupes when there was some difference in the kludge lines, like a different PATH for example. If it was the exact same echomail with the same kludge lines in the same order dupes were detected. This is already fixed and hpt catches also copies with modified kludges created by our dupe rings.
