They have gained several years of experience meanwhile ;) But propaganda isn't anything new. The old Romans told cruel stories about the Vandals which were actually the opposite of what the Romans told. The Vandals were well educated and socially minded. The propaganda worked well, we're still calling people destroying things "vandals". Errare humanum est :)
