And I bought no less than EUR 100 worth of various light bulbs when they were still avaiable. Personally, I loathe the blinding light of halogen lights, think the light from LEDs is like the blueish light from high-energy radioactivity and can accept fluorescents only in their original form, i.e. long tubes. Which are still sold, amazingly enough, despite their content of mercury. A clear case of "doublethink" in Brussels.
My hope is that the EU fatcats will eventually become blind from the rotten ligting they have imposed on all of us.
