You're backing up. Do you realize that? The original question was one of NATIONAL referendums. Now you're pulling back and fixing on state referendums, which have only existed in Bavaria, whether they are legal elsewhere or not.
That's NOT the same as the NATIONAL referndums in Switzerland, whether you accept that or not.
