BF> So, what character do you get when you press the key next to the right BF> of the L? And what character does it display on your monitor?
to the right of the "L"?
oe
That would normally be an Umlaut "o", but my system translates it so that everyone - not only Germans - can see it properly.
If you don't care how your name with the "whatever letter that is" is mangled in many fido systems, go right ahead. To me, that's pure egotism, but suit yourself. Just don't bitch at others because you use a Swedish keyboard and _your_ system naturally displays the "whatever letter that is" properly on _your_ monitor. You aren't going to change fido to suit yourself at this point.
