However that said you have missed a few as there are :
Taxes from burth - type depending on country Taxes while working and yes including living in a house/flat/portable home - OK, may be not that latter. Taxes while retired lots of different ones including prperty as above. Taxes after death. Tax to watch TV regardless of having a TV,monitor or television recording devise.
The one missing so far is a Tax for breathing.

Personally before I die I will make sure my estate is nill but with a checque written out the the UK HMRC for any outstanding monies owed dated not less than 7 months plus after my death along with the letter notifying all banks of my departure above the earth.
At least that way the bank cannot honour the transaction as there is a live limnit of cheques or other paper payment instrument (in the UK) of six months).
Sod 'em.
