Is not a enforced charge to most homes not a tax ?
I have now had a closer look at the website and more closely at the terms which is verbatam :
-!- You need to be covered by a TV Licence to
watch or record live TV programmes on any channel download or watch any BBC programmes on iPlayer live, catch up or on demand.
This applies to any provider you use and any device, including a TV, desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, games console, digital box or DVD/VHS recorder. -!-
When I read it first I did not see the 'BBC' bit and thought it covered all channels - hmm, but give it time to close that one off :(
Sorry about that but comment regard tax I think still applies well at least for me for the next 5 years when it will be free unless they change that ruling.
