No there is not, and I think it is not necessary either.
Every SysOp or Point can ask his UpLink(s) by sending a NetMail to his AreaMgr with the commands:
%HELP
%LIST
%QUERY
%UNLINKED
in it, then you get all wich is available to you.
Offcourse you will need a session password and a AreaMgr password to get this information, but when you are not linked to a Node which carries many EchoMailArea's, you can send a NetMail to the SysOp.
Ward's list also shows private Echo's wich are not available to the general
public.
And if you think there are more EchoMailArea's, ask your NEC, REC of ZEC.
So no EchoList is needed I think.
FileEchoArea's are another thing.
