What I did not check was, up the which nodelist the database was updated. The maintainer was on a 4 week holiday and two nodelists had not jet been processed. So my results are false if a node was marked down in one of the last three nodelist.
The database is up to date now and I have added a column with current results, these match with your findings.
My apologies for painting a grim picture about your nodelist segment.
