Just to answer your question more specificly.
I see one RC using an ancient and now incompatible version of makenl and a NC not noticing for many weeks that you should not precede a Tag in the Nodelist by a comma.
The first is aware of the issue and has been offered a working version of makenl.
The second shows that the NC does not check the outcome of his modifications to his segment.
For the net the latter is a non issue as the node is Down anyway.
In my personal use these error are not there, as they are corrected when the nodelist is received.
The lines that fail on -Unpublished- are correct and comma's before a Tag are also removed.
It does annoy me if such error persist in the published Nodelist, it is a sign of sloppy maintenance.
