There won't be a Brexit, the referendum should never have made it.
All those who promoted to vote in favour are leaving the stage, including Farage, they never expected to get this result and are certainly not planning on having to execute the Brexit themselves.
The result is too close to the 50% to sustain a Brexit. A lot of in favour voters will have second thoughts. For many it was a protest vote, as majority would not be reached anyway.
A party offering to execute a Brexit will not be successfull in the next election for a new Parlement. Those currenly in power will try to delay the submission of the official request till after election time. The newly elected will make sure that the are not held by the result of the referendum.
Something as far reaching as Brexit will not be, just done, to save face.
Just my thoughts, but I am neither Brittish nor do I live there.
