Why should either system be down. Nodelist.204 was published.
The most resent Region20 Update was REGION20.204 that update was delivered at Wards system only and forwarded to me. That file was processed on Jul 17:34. That file did not contain a line for 2:230/204
If the above is an indication for the update schedule of Region20, an update can be expected during Sunday Jul 24. If that update contains the node, it will be included in the DAILYLST.207 and NODELIST.211
Historically region updates are distibuted every Wednesday, current practice is that updates received before collation of the new nodelist will be included. Nodelists are collated shortly after midnight for the collating systems time zone. For Ward and for me that is Central European time and we also honor the daylight saving time shift durinf the summer.
A relay of an update delivered just in time at Ward's system will not be in time for processing on my system and its inclusion in the Dailylst will be delayed to the next day.
Please align your expectations with the update schedules in use by the systems that participate in the production of the Nodelist. Or try to convince the involved admin's to a schedule, that is more in line with your expectations.
As a last, due to limitations set by nature, it is not possible to list nodes retroactively.
