In the past week, there has been one dailynodelist where an older update has overwritten the most current one, due to Wards system coming online again That was repaired before the Friday issue and weekly nodelist was issued. Another update where a node returned from being listed as Down was received a few minits after the Friday issues were collated. For the weekly Nodelist that change will be visible coming Friday.
I do not know when and from which nodelist binkp.net is updated.
It may be that normally the nodelist is collected by FTP, as it is unlikely, that there is a fido node running on a primary DNS server.
During the time Ward's system was down, the nodelists I collated and sent to Wards system were not available by FTP.
For most of this I can only guess, the Sysop maintaining binkp.net DNS is the only one who can give the real answers.
