No, IoT devices are not involved in this case. As stated in the header of the dailylist, more than one issue can be published on one day.
Some major changes were due and a number of issues were distibuted to a few people, to check if the changes were correct. These dailylist were not supposed to be distributed to you, but I do not know beforehand, when Ward will issue a limited distribution.
The interval of files published in combination with the the interval of inbound processing caused the dupes in tic files. If you look at the content of the files you will see that they are not dupes, the crc of the distibuted files will certainly be different.
Just ignore what happened and feel priviledged that you were included in this limited distribution.
