It depends what you call the DAF production line.
The DAF brand trucks are built in Eindhoven and as far as I know owned by Kenworth.
The previous passenger production line near Geleen now called "Dutch Car" is Dutch owned and build Cars on contract. In the past Toyota and Smart used the facillities, now Mini's (BMW) are assembled there. I think there it still spare capacity in that factory.
That factory was build to compensate the loss off jobs in the region when the coal industry closed down.
