 If I plead guilty, will my sentence be reduced. Probably a remnant of
 some utf experiment. When I am back home I will look into it.

 All these accents you are talking about have French names, so they cannot
 possibly be a part of the Dutch language. These weird additions must have
 been added by language purists.

 I have very few recollections of my encounters with my teacher, his name
 was Harm. A name that sounds strange to english speaking readers.
