I do not agree, there is still the Zonelist to be distributed to the
other zones, as well as the publication of the official weekly nodelist and
nodediff.

There is also a drawback on using segments from a file distribution, their
content is not vetted against e.g. the zone standards for of use of FLAGS,
nor is the ZIN section available.
