Not to long ago, this was the only way to remove a phone number from a Host,... line. More recent versions of Makenl will allow -Unpublished- However makenl is not the only Nodelist assembler around. Nor has the all zero's notatiion been revoked.
If you really want to do nitt picking, -Unpublished- is just as wrong as it suggest that there is a phone number.

As nobody will make a connect at 300 Baud, this is a marker to indicate to pots mailers not to call this system. If your dialer cannot handle that, you should consider to upgrade. The baud value used has to be a valid modem speed as that is mandatory in the Nodelist.
CM or ICM can be used here. In general ICM is only used when a IP is CM and the POST part is not.

The line tells you that it supports IBN and where to look for the address.
A well configured binkp mailer will look for f0.n4635.z2.binkp.net
f0.n4635.z2.binkp.net is an alias for f1024.n4635.z2.binkp.net. f1024.n4635.z2.binkp.net has address 82.207.68.196

You may not be aware but Fidonet has adapted to the use of IP. Due to this change some required files in the nodelist are now obsolete.
