Remarks about all changes in the zone segment or the whole nodelist, that
so and so carries a new flag or is put on hold?
Remarks on nodes that introduce an ipv6 address for their hostname?
Reports on out of sequence segments?
Workarounds for makenl to produce lists on a daily bases in stead of
the built in weekly sequence?
