I have never used qico in production. It all depend how many simultanous sessions you can have. Qico is spawned by the inet deamon.

Benny polled my system at regular intervals, for those who apparently want their mail at moments they choose, I put the mail on hold.
It is bad enough when two systems crash exchange mail at the same moment, ( hardly ever happens ) but it is a waste if you crash mail and a few minutes later you are polled for mail by the same system.
