If there is useable contact information in the nodelist, it is a telephone number. I have no intention to make international phonecalls, during ZMH where there is a good chance that there will be a voice answer. The RC's should be in a far better position to judge if these networks are alive. I presume, they have at least weekly contacts, for the distribution of the nodelist.
I just analyse the nodelist, and share what seems to be strange or unlikely to me.
