I cannot answer yoyr questions, and the outcome would be different as I am not emotionally involved.
Where I am involved is in a situation, where results om my and Janises system differ. I am curious why.
If it is specific to Janises system, than it is unlikely that the situation has always existed, as I am quite sure, that something like that does not carry over from a windows environment to linux.
But in the end your domain is in the .org realm, so it could be related. You should not have had such global thoughts and just registered under .se ;)
