Not just that, some regions are dead or in deep coma.
In the last FTSC election, all 10 out of 10 Z1 RCs showed up for voting. Only 7 from Z2 showed up.
Some RC's not reacheable, their sysems are down or they run their systems in client mode only.
It is obvious that there is a lot of dead wood in Z2. Merging regions or moving orphaned nets/node to R56 would help to clean out the dead wood.
