Have you looked in de bad tic directory?
What happens occasionally is that Ward sends the TIC first, ends the session and then sends the accompanying file in a new session a few minutes later. By the time the file arrives Allfix has already moved the orphaned TIC to the bad tic directory.
The work around is that I move tic files that are younger than half an hour back to the secure inbound.
