Hello Torbjorn,

On Friday November 21 2014 20:28, you wrote to me:

If it is as easy as you say, why not make that mouse click and turn it on anyway, so that your other activities on the internet benefit from it?

TM> If it ain't broke don't fix it?

Good as a general rule, but there are exceptions. Such as when one knows that it will be broken in the foreseeable future. Some would argue that an IPv4 only Internet connection is broken already, but even those who disagree with that will have to admit, that it sureley will be broken some day. Already parts of the Internet are only reachable via IPv6. Not so much that it is a problem, not for us in the Western world anyway, but still. I can even see a scenario that you will no longer have a globally routable IPv4 address, so that you can no longer run servers on IPv4.

Fixing things before they are broke is always easier than waiting until they break.

TM> I'm not shutting the door completely, but I'm not ready for it yet.

OK.

Cheers, Michiel
