Of course. The Z2PNTSEG file area is for hatching Regional pointlist segments by the RPKs. You are not an RPK and what yousubmitis not a regional segment.
You are an NPK and your segment is a net segment. You should send it to your RPK. In a manner to be arranged between the two of you.
Whatever you two arrange, hatching in the Z2PNTSEG area is NOT the way to do it.
