Of course not. But the acompanying upload stream is just a few mouse clicks. The required bandwith for that is neglegible. I should have frased it: "the effect of those downloads on you upload speed is neglegible."

It was just out of curiousity that I asked. I have a cable connection with the lowest speed offered by my ISP. 40 Mbps down, 4 up.
