That is not the only reason the brexit will not be reversed. As the saying goes, it takes two to tango. One can walk away, but than it takes two again to resume the dance.
And right now the other party does not seem to be in the mood for that.
What I hear from Brussels is something to the effect: "You were never more than half in and now that you wanted out, you ARE out. We want to get this over ASAP.
