They have, but it is nothing compared to what Norway has. So no reason for the EU to give the UK the same deal as Norway.

Maybe, mabe not. My point was that the UK wants to be on their own. So they shall BE on their own. No more EU subsidizing the UK after Brexit. Be it oil, agriculture, transport, tooth brushes or whatever. Whatever part of their economy they think need to be subsidized will have to come out of their own pocket.
