"Loading fonts" is DOS age. Windows internally uses Unicode and already has the common fonts present. Also in the CLI. I can copy paste the most common characters to the command line. Cyryllic is no problem, no need to "load" anything. To type Cyrillic, I need to change the keyboard interface. This works in the graphic interface and in most Command Line Programs. But not Golded... :(

No. The fonts are all there. Not just extended Latin and Cyrillic, but also Greek, Hebrew and Arabic. When I load a file, I have to select the encoding. UTF-8 is normally autodetected.
