Of course. A rule that limits it to mobile devices only is unenforcible. Besides, what is the definition of "mobile"?
But why reinvent the wheel? All software, even stone age, that uses the nodelist knows how to deal with the Pvt keyword. Never try to call, route mail via Hub or Host or put it on hold. What is the added value of replacing it by a flag?
